The new album is wicked ! There're parts of older songs all over the new ones. Its as though they've run out of ideas. But i'm sure its all done on purpose. Great stuff as always!

a very sincere, straight-to-the-point type of dedication...

Count of Tuscany sounds epic, but lyrics are wth though..

but still not as irrelevant as coldplay's viva la vida.. that song really has a serious lyric-music mismatch..

for the first 30 plus seconds of A Nightmare to Remember, i was like expecting a doomish/black/death metal vocalist to start singing and then James LaBrie's voice came in.
sort of like an anti-climax for me lah, since the music remind me so much of gothic/doom metal.

excellent album. the opening song (a nightmare...) is fantastic. the significant aspect is the vocals, improved a lot.
