d0s and donts b4 singing
do's
1) make sure i got enough sleep
2) NO COLD DRINKS!
3) smoke a stick but DON'T smoke MENTHOL! Recommend Red. Blow smoke out of your nose
4) make sure my whole body feels relax
5) don't talk at all for 10-20 minutes before performance
Thats totally wrong for the point no.5 hehe, i took several vocal lessons and this is what ive been taught b4 i sing-
1)make sure u i got enough sleep- yes this is most important
2)cold drinks or hot drinks doesnt matter as long youre not having a cough
3)smoke?- for smoker yes you can but Do not smoke Clove cigarettes, it will stop you from reaching high notes TRUST ME! unless you really want to sound bad on stage hehe
4)DO LOTSA FALSETTO as warming up to clear those phlem in your throat-hum hum hum hum just hummings, right technique is - inhale and make sure your tummy out when u exhale make sure your tummy in not the other way round, like balloon get what i mean?

5)drink abit of plain water, and keep on doing falsetto, then stop relax and inhale nad exhale like b4.
6) Ure ready to sing.
BUt after singing and stuff especially if ure a rock singer.
do the warming down like warming up as above point no.4 and this is what they call it VOICE repair, if you dont do it, goodluck to your voice in future. The damaged effect is not instant your vocal chord will slowly weakened, when you try to reach high notes and your voice wobbles and hard to control - the damage is taking effect already..
