Not many artistes in the history of dance music can lay claim to having invented a distinct sound, but DJ-Producer-Remixer, Nathaniel Pierre Jones aka DJ PIERRE, is such an artiste - Widely known as the wizard responsible for the development of Chicago acid-house and the worldwide hit "Acid Trax".
Not many DJs in the history of dance music can list Carl Cox, Diesel (X-Press 2), Junior Vasquez, Danny Tenaglia, Michael Mayer (Kompakt Records), and Tom Stephan as fans. Not many can also claim responsibility for helping kickstart the careers of Felix Da Housecat and Roy Davis Jr.
All prepped up for his newest album “Afro Acid Project”, this legend is back and ready to show the world just why house music was worth shouting about in the first place.
