Hey, guys. Has anyone ventured into making PCBs for clones? I've been working on stripboard for quite a while and it gets kinda tedious for the more complicated builds (my current project's on an extended pieceof the largest board I could find at Sim Lim).
I've tried the peroxide + vinegar etch, but it takes too long and it's difficult to get the mix right.
Anyone have any idea where I can find proper etchants? I understand that ferric chloride's a controlled substance, here. I'm looking more into ammonium/sodium/potassium persulfates. Or perhaps someone has ordered the ones from Element14/RS? Care to share of your experience? Thanks in advance! =) .
