But the company logo design does looks very line 6ish, probably they are trying to retain cetain line 6 heritage.

the delay look interesting.

It does have the influence from line 6 since the 4 guys were from there. From purely digital to analog device digitally controlled.

One thing for sure, it doesnt look cheap.

Sounds a bit like the Zoom Gfx series, analog circuit combine w/digital control.

Sounds good to try out....looks very futuristic
