I'm pretty sure this hasn't come up previously in the forums after running a search, so here goes:
For all interested in buying a hardware digital piano, or looking for a piano VSTi, here's a website, the be and end all of DP auditions, which hosts mp3 recordings of an exhaustive list of DPs!

So this guy claims that many of product demos on manufacturer websites only choose dazzling pieces which bring out only the best in their product but mask the shortcomings. He created his own midi file which he says exploits the nuances of piano playing more universally. many people downloaded that midi file and sent in mp3 recordings of their own DPs, which have been collected and hosted on this website.
He has also included a studio recording of a real Steinway B, to which the DP recordings can be referenced. (see The Real Thing - Steinway B)
