Yo, Bro. Add more tremolo action to your left hand. Make it a habit - things will sound a lot better - and with more feel. And try to structure your playing. Your technique is good but your improvisation is lacking in terms of creating a structure.
Music is art and art needs to mood, feel, to ignite certain emotions but mostly, it needs a structure within which these things can come about. By structure, I am talking about verse, chorus etc. Look for these. I assume that you are muscially trained or learned in a sufficient way as to do these things.
I don't have a sense of identity to these songs - this is where, again, structure and good rhythm/melody/whatever comes into play.
