Just curious, but any offers for the items that were demoed?

Products wise was nothing new as they have been in the market for quite a while, except the SRX-12 (EP Collection)...Here's something I never knew - Scott enlightened me that the FM EP is a synth sound and not considered an EP sound! That's why it's not in that expansion board.

What was most impressive and inspiring must have been the way Scott "breathed" life into the synths (particularly with the V-Synth) and brought out what synth music is all about! Indeed, it was one of those rare occasions that you see a synth pro playing live.

Hope to see more of such workshops around our music scene.

*sigh* too bad I missed it...

oh yes, and when talking about e.pianos,
the very popular e.piano from the 80s DX7 (Fulltines)
is indeed a synth patch created by 6-operator FM synthesis.

however, the sound shouldn't be ignored when talking about
electric piano becos to this date people are still using it.
In the 80s you can hear it on almost every record !!!
