good ah? ok la. They change my middle pickup , the mid and bridge pickup was out of phase, and sound funny like duck. Luckily beez checked and redo it for me. I'd personally recommend other shops.
when i bought my first guitar, the malay guy was really helpful
recommended me the $199 package for beginners
but i went for the samick instead :?

today, i bought the $4 cable. and paid with a 2dollar note, and alot of coins. the lady had no problems with it

i have bad experience while testing a guitar.
first of all, one of them plugged the guitar into a shitty crappy 15W amp. how the hell can i hear if it's good?
then while playing, i need time to try it out, like played for only 3min plus, then he just grabbed the guitar while i was still inspecting it, and just asked "so how you find it?"
HOW I FIND IT? i havent even tested it out enough yet! i've yet to explore? i find your service sux!
and so that's one story. another story.
i sent one of my guitars for pickup change in the morning. they called me in the evening and said it was ready for collection. i felt a bit suspicious but i was too excited so i rushed down.
PICKUP CHANGE MY @$$! the pickups were still in the bag and nothing was done and WTF THEY CALLED ME DOWN! wasted my mofo time! i was super duper pissed!
and last story.
i sent another guitar for pickup change, and i had to wait 3 bloody weeks for it to get back!
sorry but i really have bad experience with them. and standing around for 5min plus before getting served doesnt help.
but then again, i've had good encounters with some staff.
