After concluding their North American tour, Dashboard Confessional’s Chris Carrabba will kick off his Singapore tour leg this December.

This one-night-only show will take place at Shine Auditorium on 4 December, at 830pm. Tickets can be bought through SISTIC.

As part of his All Request Tour, Chris will be taking song requests from his fans. His previous concert in February of 2012 received rave reviews from fans, and over 1200 attended that show.

Over the last decade, Dashboard Confessional has established itself as one of the top indie rock bands by performing beautifully choreographed music complimented by intimate, relatable lyrics. Their music has been played in a variety of popular movies and TV series, including Made of Honor, Gossip Girl, One Tree Hill, Scrubs, Spiderman 2 and Shrek 2. During this time, they released eight albums, four of which went Platinum or Gold.

“Music is all things to me,” Carrabba says. “It’s a respite from real life, but it’s also a place contemplate and begin to understand what you’re going through. Music can clarify how things are affecting you.”

“I’m fond of my fan base for Dashboard, and obviously I’m connected personally to those songs because they’re personal. And I also think it’s a good body of work and I enjoy playing the songs in front of people.”

For an intimate and magical music experience not to be missed, catch Dashboard Confessional live at the Shine Auditorium on 04 December 2013 at 830 PM. Tickets are sold through SISTIC at $48, $68, $88 and $108, and are available from 28 October 2013. This is set to be the most anticipated live concert in the Christmas period, so grab your tickets fast!
