Danelectro Pedals

They have a LOT of mojo, seriously. Despite the construction issues and stuff, they are very decent and give a nice old school vibe. Very cool.

Many of them top guitar magazine ratings... worth checking out.

Then mod and rehouse them.

Well, its really all abt your preference and whats that tone in your head no?

Some people will swear by the Boss DS1, stock, MIT. Others will curse it to some dark hole in the ground and never touch it.

So how?

I liked the Boss CE-2 chorus so much that I spent the $ to have it rehoused, add mods, etc etc... some people think the CE-2's tone isn't IT but it is for me...

yeah there is a point.

i have seen some bouteek geek's pedal cases where all their
pedals are real $$$ stuff and they put in a danelectro in it.

I have the danelectro fish n chips EQ, Chicken Salad Vibrato, Pepperoni Phaser and the Fab Chorus. The fab series well i only think the chorus is the only one worth getting, the echo is also pretty good. The 'food series' imo is much better than the fab series. Hehehe better constructions n tone, much.
The fish n chips has been with me since urm 3/4 years ago n still going strong, used to use it as a drive eq, but now am using it as a faux acoustic preamp/eq for my piezo signal on my guitar works well heheh, cuts out the piezo 'quack' quite well. Quiet in operation n loads of eq adjustment possibilities.

Bro blue ark a pm is coming ur way, no i dun wanna put effects in my guitar, tts be a bit of a sacrilege IMO hehehe but its about a looper
