how to use it?
if one has an efx of 9v 200mA, and an efx of 9v 15mA, can they be connected?

9V Adaptor with current of >215mA plugs into daisy chain, daisy chain plugs into both efx.

No, the pedals will only draw the amount they require. Just make sure the voltage and polarity are compatible.

why not just buy a generic adaptor at any guitar shop to be safe.
