Creating Polls

Hiya,
I have a question that i would love to create a poll for here, but i can't seem to create a poll, i read the FAQ, but the add poll icon is still not there. Why can't i add a poll and how can i do it??

after 2 hours of searching, i finally found out how to enable the poll thing.

try it out, if it doesn't work, let me know. i will.......
