I still think the coolest thing for guitarists to do is sit on stools with acoustic guitars playing "Hotel California" (a la Hell Freezes Over). Beats headbanging and assorted gymnastics. Instant attention from audience of all ages!

Apart from the smashing and stuff, one of the craziest things I ever did was once also to throw my axe (it was old and about to be discarded) - not while it was plugged in of course - into the swimming pool of a private gig I did some years back. Damm it sank real fast to bottom...
