crazy feedback

hi guys.
just need some advice.
i have crazy feedback noise when jamming n playing live though
heres my gear.
i use Boss NS, TS9 n a Planet wave tuner.
All the cables im using is Under Planet wave as well.
so heres my question: i still get lots of feedback noise even when i use the boss NS.
can anyone give me some advice? thanks

Have you tried isolating the problem? Progressively take each pedal out of the chain, checking for feedback as you go. If the noise goes away after removing a particular pedal (your TS9 or NS), then it's either the pedal, or one of the patch cables attached that's faulty. I would test each patch cable just to be safe. Then, as j.custom has mentioned, it could be a guitar problem.

Does the sound still persist when you try through a different amp at similar gain levels? Turn the volume of both pickups to zero, then try to turn up individual pickups to normal volume, going through the various pickup combinations. Does the feedback start after a threshold volume? Does it happen only at a particular pickup position?

Hope this workflow helps.

i just tried it. like i plug my gutiar to the amp first there is no weird noise then i tried the boss NS n everything was still quiet then i plug in the ts9 together then got lots of noise. if like this do i need to repair the pedal or something? im not 100percent sure if its a pedal prob only. cause the amp in my house is a very very small amp just for practicing

my guess: its your cables... bad connections within the cable, so they either let the signal pass through cleanly, or give you massive amounts of white noise

hmmm but im using the same cables though

what I meant is that the cables might occasionally have signal breakage near its jacks, so sometimes it is working fine, sometimes it gives you a lot of white noise... if you ever get the crazy 'feedback' again, try using a new cable (or borrow a new one from a friend) and see if the problem return again
