Craftsman GS200 for first guitar?

I think all LP has the same lvl of difficulties in reaching the lower frets because of its structure.

have u tried a bolt on lp?? cos i've tried both and in all honesty the bolt on has better access.

well then i guess thats where we're diff. cos i swear there was a big diff between the access of the epiphone special 2(bolt on) and epiphone lp custom(set in)

depends on individual playing style and how one grips the neck also. different grip will allow different level of access, and people might not be comfortable with another type of grip for the style they're playing, eg three fingers vs four fingers fretting.

the epiphone special 2 body how thin only... obviously easier to reach the upper frets as the thin body compliments the cutaway
