Craftsman electric guitar

Hey. Has anybody tried a craftsman electric guitar, especially the ST130? Btw they are the ones sold at citymusic. I'm thinking of buying it. Is the guitar good for value?

Yup, they are not bad for their price. I have tried them before and they sound pretty good to me.

The best thing is to head down to citymusic and try them out YOURSELF and see which one you like the most.

they're not bad, i got the gs200 which is a lp copy. but honestly you gotta try it out for urself

i have played a craftsman lespaul and strat and also own a craftsman tele,to me the lp pickups wasnt to my likin so a change wld b good,the strat overall was pretty good worthy of its price

Timbre has some really nice H-S-S strats, similar to the Craftsman ST130 but then I haven't tried a Craftsman before so I cannot compare there.

But Timbre definitely has my support because I've tried them and they're good! :mrgreen:

I'm also deciding whether to get a starter pack from City Music or the Timbre SR-200 from Standard Value...starter pack would be cheaper, plus it comes with line6 spider III 15 watt amp. not too bad eh?

oh well, will have to find time to go down personally to try them out.

Both are good guitars.. But the Spider amp leaves much to be desired!
