cost to change pickups

i thought i should start a new thread just for this alone. i couldnt find much answers searching so ill just ask.

how much does it cost to wire 2nd hand pickups?
3 single coils to be specific

and where? and also how long does it take

they'll solder your pickups for $25 if im not wrong..
i sent my guitar on friday and they called me on saturday..

bout the 2nd hand pickups, not too worry lah, if wire long enuf they can solder it for you.

shud answer your qns.

ok thanks! i called davis and some blur sales person quoted me 90 bucks for installing 3 regular sss pickups over the phone. i went down there myself and another guy quoted me 30-35.

what brand bro? - normally the cheaper type selector switches once gone - cant be fixed - better to invest in an ernie ball or hihger quality one

BTW is it the les paul or tele type 3 way selector?

Dime: the cheapo LP selector always the 1st to go ..try getting at least a PT Gotoh type selector from Davis ... U could ask them to do for U or if I'm at Dan Music that day, just buy me a nasi goreing ikan bilis & teh O from bollywood mamak shop at B1 I do 4 U in 10 mins

I did mine at Dans. my wire too short so he did extension...
Then rewire everything nicely and replace knobs and jack... all around 50...
its worth it if you ask me...
