3 Ramadhan On Wheels (ROW) 2009 is one of 4PM’s major annual social welfare event. This year, 4PM will be helping out 250 needy families all over Singapore via item vouchers for them to shop. The event is scheduled to be on 12th September 2009, Saturday, launched by Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Teo Chee Hean, and Minister of Defence.
