hi, could you all recommend me some metal bands that have clean vocals? types of metal i like would be something like lamb of god, that kind of groovy type of metal, something like pantera. i really like the guitar parts of lamb of god's music but the growling is abit too much. and nothing power metal, death, black, metallica, megadeth, iron maiden, slayer, anthrax, mastodon and any popular ones because i know them already.

i prefer these kinda metal too. most of the bands within the same genres sound quite different from each other, so check those less famous ones too on youtube for an idea of how they sound like.

Periphery - has clean vocals and screaming stuff along with very awesome guitar parts.

I see you're into groove metal but with clean vocals as well. In that case, check out Five Finger Death Punch. I'm not sure exactly what genre they belong to, but I'd consider their music to be melodic groove metal, if there's such a thing. 
try listening to their older albums like dead heart in a dead world. more melodic stuff there...
