Ok folks,
thought I sound out this one as well even though it has been talked about in its own circles.
For everyone with an open mind, we have some of the most est local Chinese Indie bands playing at Home Club Oct 11. Bands like LGF and ah5ive who have played circuits at Esplanade Huayi Fest as well as Spring Scream in Taiwan.
We also have former superband pop punk/rock darlings YiXuan Feng
If you think its all about the Chinese guys, youare wrong, they will be supported by est metal powerhouses Meltgsnow, Truth Be Known and La' Dies as well funk veterans Ugly In The Morning as well as Breakbeat Theory and new post prog band In Each Hand A Cutlass ( A band formed by members from a few scenes including Roland Lim and Daniel Sasson). Not to mention a few foreign bands like Crazimalz and Masquer from HK and Sajid and The Lost bOys from India.
Most of these bands have also contributed to a compilation cd to be launched at the show. A very first for cross genre, multi lingual, cross country effort.
