Changing PUPs...

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone care to educate me on changing of guitar PUPs?

Any step by step guide etc...or website links or best your own personal experience on how you do it?

I would love to experiment it myself...and start my first step in engrossing myself into the madness of guitar mod hobby...

well, one good way to learn is to ask someone to do the installation right in front of you.
its good if u have prior soldering knowledge as well.
then it would also be god if you can read schematics
and then you would probably be all set.

get someone to guide you thru it (i didnt have that luxury and it cost me a few pots and a few damaged switches)

nothing beats trying it (and screwing it up) by yourself...

but if you are still hesitant, try stewmac guitar repair guide or the host of other wiring guide books out there or online...

word of advise though - practical is NEVER the same as theory..
