changing pickups

Wanna revive my squier strat .. the original default factory pickups are full of rusts... so decided to change all 3 single coils away..

any idea.. how much roughly is these default pickups and where can i get it? swee lee got right? i think i saw it before.. :roll:

then the most important is that if i change the pickups... would the sound/tone change? it's still default pickups but is there any difference? i do not want the sweet and solid tone i got from this strat to vanish
