Could anyone give me advice on where I can get one of these (or similar) in Singapore? Googled and been to a couple of stores but couldn't find one.

Not sure about getting it from shops in singapore, but you may want to search for second hand ones on the buy/sell section on this forum.
You can also consider getting it first hand online. Avatar cabinets do sell the factory direct speaker unit alone, you can check them out here. Here is the vintage 30:
