Careful who you send your guitars to!!!

oh man!...thats a really bad shape guitar! looks abused. not abused from playing, but abused. well....lucky i sent my guitar to u man. really love the setup u did with it. still loving it till tdae.
 
Thanks guys :) I always give my best to all the instruments I work on and I will never take on a job unless I'm 100% confident of going a great job!!! I'm not cheap but I would like to think I'm worth every penny :D

ah yes, the words of a great luthier. anyways man, so wat'd u end up doing with that santa cruz d?
 
I glued on a Spruce cleat to prevent the top from splitting further, de-humidified the guitar correctly, lightly sanded the saddle, tweaked the truss rod, polished the frets, cleaned up and oiled the fingerboard, tighten all the screws and washers. Basically a proper set up and top repair.

I'm glad to say the owner's very happy with his guitar now. He thought the Santa Cruz would be a beat around strumming guitar but he'd since changed his mind :D
