read somewhere that there's no point buying realli branded stuff like monster cable with gold plated heads becoz they make barely and audible difference so forking in an extra $50 for those would be kinda a waste.. besides i feel their heads are slightly bigger which is supposed to be a better fit but actualli causes alot of tension in the input socket.. so juz getting a normal brand one which lasts long, sounds good, will do =)

im using the fender california cables.. so far so good.... u might wanna try it out . got it from sweelee

Can try bayou cables and lava cables. Cheaper and better than Monster based on many reviews.

Of course mrmisse has some good patch cables too. I gotten some from him previously. Looks durable. 8)

i havent asked him about the straight cables though, mine seems to be a bit loose, he told me if any problems let him know. might be my strat output jack though.

its not much cheaper to make a patch unless u get a really good discount on the jackheads. Check out the neutrik heads in luther's
