No offence or anything but I think you don't need to ask at this forum where to buy a formal shirt. You could ask your mum, dad, brother, sister, friends, relatives. There are a lot of places to buy formal shirts.

Metro, Isetan, Tangs, Mustafa Centre. All the retail outlets.

Just walk around any shopping mall and try finding it instead of asking it here. Really not necessary. No hard feelings.

Go Mustaffa Centre. IIRC it's either at basement 1 or 2. It's near some underwear I think. Got choice between black and white. Costs only $6.90!!

Anyway, you should spend on formal wear. Tailor make one. Can't go wrong, very affordable as well.
