buying/importing of gears/Bass online

example, those U.S. websites "Musicians' Friend" blah blah blah?

any comments/time taken etc? or do they even ship to singapore in the first place. any recommendations?

most of them don't ship internationally. if you must order from them, do it via vPost. or even better still, get Brendon to bring it in for you.

anything in particular that you are looking to buy? bass or smaller items like effects pedals?

some retailers will ship to Singapore but the whether it's worth it would depend on the item that you are gettting and the cost of shipping, tax, etc.

You may have a problem getting a new stingray from the US. Think they will not ship out of the country. Have checked with Bass Central before. Might want to check with Brendon like Bryandt mentioned.

musician's friend doesn't even accept singapore credit cards....
