Buying drums from abroad

Hi all
So i was thinking to get a basin electronic drums as im just staring out. Particularly yamaha dtx452x.
Then i chanced upon an advert from indo selling at $650!!! To compare, here in Sg selling $999.

Question is, has anyone bought a drum set from indo before??
