Go and apply for vpost.com.sg, this would save up shipping cost a lot. Usually the international fee would cost a bomb. Plus, this site allows you to order items from sites that can't be shipped internationally. Read up more on the site to understand. ok go.

If its japanese, I think HMV Japan is pretty good. Got sale now and then online. The shipping also very reasonable. Similar to published rates on Japan Post Office.
