broken delay pedal

hey all, my baby delay pedal has spoilt recently, when i plug it in, the guitar signal is lost. but the pedal still can be turned on. but no signal. so by common sense, and process of elimination, im guessing that the input and output jacks are spoilt. so anywhere that can send my pedal to? its a dod dfx9, basically a clone of a boss dd3

before you send it down, you might wanna open it and have a look.
See if anything is loose.

A jack doesn't usually break. Often its the wiring that is loose.
It might be something as simple as a bad solder joint.

If I were you, I'd open it, plug in the guitar and fiddle with a toothpick the wires, to see if its the wiring.
