I think the stock bridges that Fender supplies with their MIA basses are fine. The BAIII will change your sound, no doubt; it's just a matter of whether you like it or not.

on the Bad Ass- WEF from Summer 2006, Fender Highway1 basses are equipped with this bridge.

Sub, that's the BadAss II bridge on the HW1 basses... BAIII is different

Bad Ass III is for the american string thru body models LOL!

So far only one fender artist model stocks them and that is frank bellos bass LOL!

yup, i'm aware... the reason why i didn't put a ÍI/ III at the end of Badass 8)

more importantly, the fact that the Badass brand name has a fender association now, is definitely a good thing.
