Hi friends,

With the new BPL season just a week away. I guess some of us will be making our way to Singapore pools to place a wager on the upcoming matches ahead for the new season.

This thread is for some of us (punters) to share tips and match predictions.

Important Note​
For those who are not the legal age to make bets please refrain from doing so as it is against the law and there are consequences for those who do not abide.

For those who do bet, Please do it rationally and responsibly.

Please do not take this thread too seriously as it's for informative purposes only. I'm not too sure if this kinda thread is allowed here on soft but if it is a problem, Do let me know and i will remove it.

Chelsea v Hull City
Aston Villa v Wigan Athletic
Blackburn Rovers v Manchester City
Bolton Wanderers v Sunderland
Portsmouth v Fulham
Stoke City v Burnley
Wolverhampton Wanderers v West Ham United
Everton v Arsenal
Manchester United v Birmingham City
Tottenham Hotspur v Liverpool

My Prediction:

Chelsea v Hull City = 2-0
Aston Villa v Wigan Athletic = 2-1
Blackburn Rovers v Manchester City = 0-1
Bolton Wanderers v Sunderland = 1-1
Portsmouth v Fulham = 3-1
Stoke City v Burnley = 1-2
Wolverhampton Wanderers v West Ham United = 1-3
Everton v Arsenal = 1-3
Manchester United v Birmingham City = 3-0
Tottenham Hotspur v Liverpool = 1-3
 
I predict Arsenal n Liverpool wont have good start, both matches will be 1 - 1. (Sad, I'm Liv fan but look at their preseason matches n trainning make me lose faith :(
 
the newly promoted teams will suely cheong.
usually the case on day 1 of new season
wont hurt to put some money on them.

The match between Stoke and Burnley is quite hard to predict.Teams the past few seasons who just promoted tend to have that extra something up their sleeves.

Wigan?Reading?Hull?Even Stoke.Maybe Burnley this season.

I agree. The lower tier teams tend to really go for it. Look at hull during the first half of the season. They did pretty darn well only to fall back much later.

There will definitely be a dark horse this coming season. i'm guessing hull might pull a few upsets
