Cheak with u guys, where can I buy a ME-50 other than Swee Lee?

the thing cost the most at $500 which you can get a zoom G9.2?or Korg AX3000G that can do tonnes more than the me-50.

don't get me-50, you are just paying for the brand. The sound a bit old school, not really nice. Korg 3000g is better but the sound is too digital i feel for the metal distortion. Get Pod Xt live, one of the better multi fx around.

I heard the ME-50, and I like it. It doesn't sound all that digital.

The main difference between ME-50 and most other multifx these days is that it is built as an effects gadget... without trying to emulate AMPS, which I feel can sometimes be too much of an overkill if not used correctly. ME-50 is made to complement the amp you are using, while other effects "adds" amp sound so as to give a stack coloration.

I would say what others would say to you: try out the multi fx pedals mentioned and choose the one you like the most in ratio to your budget.

yeap agree with thoa.. try the me-50 first, u may like it or u may not like it .

to my experience of trying out multfx.you might have a huge headache when testing.especially podx3 live.brands like boss are user friendly unlike zoom and line 6.so be patient when testing.

thing is where got sell me-50? i always search only have me-50b. swee lee have? i go bras basah like dont have. but never ask. haha

boss isn;t exactly user friendly, korg is a lot more uder friendly. but for boss, u gotta tweak it, but u get a damn good sound outta it.

the me50 is a no-brainer to tweak,just turn the knobs here and there.
dun have to press the small2 buttons on most multi effects to set the tone u want.

boss GT series..yes they are complicated. even the ME-20 and ME-30 are more complicated than ME-50. i dont see any mfx simpler than ME-50

yes its damn easy but this thing is mostly build for light distorted stuff.not really to heavy.
