Boss GT 8

Hi, is there any GT 8 users out there?
Hope i can learn things from you!

Had one 2 years ago, back then it was way too complicated for me, but I think I would be able to tweak some workable tones out of it now

Cool! You sold it away? Yea its a bit complicated. I am trying to set manual delays, chorus etc, because previously i saved different presents for each channel. haa

Yeah sold it away to start a board with analogue pedals, went through a whole bunch of pedals etc. Now I'm just down to 2 pedals, M9 and seventheaven.

IMO I think the GT-8 will sound better through speaker monitors since it has amp modelling in it as well. If you play it through a amp, the tone you get out of the amp will always lean towards the base tone of the amp.

Oh! What does amp modeling mean?
