Bone Crusher Productions is a SCAM!

Hi softies!

I am super disappointed with Bone Crusher Productions (BCP).

Ever since the Dillinger Escape Plan (DEP) concert on 10th March 2012 was cancelled, they promised to refund the money. BCP informed us about the cancellation via email and told us to reply with details of the tickets purchased and account details so they can transfer the funds. In the email, BCP told us to be patient while they process the refunds.

It has since been more than 2 months and they still have not refunded us the money. They have also not replied to our emails or messages posted on the FB page. I think this is just ridiculous! The least BCP can do is to keep us updated on the progress so we know what is going on.

Now it just seems like they are gonna run away with my money. I bought 3 tickets worth $120 in total. I am not the only one who they still owe money from the cancelled DEP show.

They do not have a phone number that I could call either...

Anybody knows who runs BONE CRUSHER PRODUCTIONS?

I just want my money back. That's all.:evil:

I would appreciate of anyone can give me any useful info.

Yes please. This is simply not acceptable. They asked to be patient as they have 200 refunds to process. I believe 2 months should be much more than sufficient to process 200 refunds. Any fellow Softies with info on their background/contact, please do share. I too, really just want my money back.

Well it seems that BONE CRUSHER PRODUCTIONS have taken down their FB fanpage since ppl have started posting asking about their refunds.

Any news? I have the same problem.. the phone number of the guy is not in service anymore.. the only info I had is from the TDEP fb page...

Once again Dillinger is NOT playing Singapore. We r playing KL & Bangkok. Whoever is promoting that we are playing in Singapore is full of shit.

I'm sure there is quite a lot of people who are still "waiting" for their refunds, we need to gang up against BCP!

Try make a police report then instead of bumping this topic, it's definitely better than trying to make gang signs with the alphabets BCP with your toes and putting 2 thumbs down on each sides. We had such issues in Soft forum before with the famous Mrs Koo
