Beta Aivin ng-100

Has anyone tried this noise gate before? I was thinking about getting it and this was one of the few that fell into my price range (about 100 or less)

I use this pedal and it's great of it's price. Even my friends who use the Boss NS-2 were quite surprised at how effective it is.

It's one of the best and cheapest noise gate I ever had. Im still using it btw. Doesn't kill tone =)

as i employ distortion overdose (all the time), the NG-100 is an essential feature in my lineup. the Beta Aivin brand is often referred to as a lesser entitiy due to its country-of origin & price but quality & performance should not be limited by such understanding. i find the NG-100 useful & effective, nevermind its brand name & price implications.

it serves its purpose well

I have ng100 on my pedalboard too. It can handle my tone rider and hm200 hums and hisses. But on my setup I have it after the wah and before the dirts
. IMHO, Ns2 is quite expensive for such purpose.
