Hi,
One of us, a fellow member, recently bought a Craftsman TL40, a Tele Thinline Semi-Hollow copy if we're not wrong.
He would like to change the stock pickups to something:
a) higher output
b) noise-cancelling
c) retain some twang-ness
(need not fulfill all 3 criteria. 2 out of 3 would be good enough already)
So the options that he apparently would only consider are to:
1) Install Tesla RS1 at the bridge and the Tesla VR-TE at the neck or,
2) Install Tesla VR-TE at both bridge and neck or,
3) Install Seymour Duncan Lil JB at bridge and Tesla VR-TE at the neck or,
4) Install Lace Tele Model at both bridge and neck.
Any advice and suggestions on which option he should take?
Thanks, in advance
