best jamming studio (term of location and equipment)

I am recently into playing different jamming studio..
Which is the best in terms of equipment and location?
I stay at tiong bahru.. we mainly play hard rock..

I was quite impressed by the equipment at Boon Musical Instrument Centre when I went there the last time. They even have a sofa within the studio!
