From 26th May till Mid-Late August, I will be available to give lessons in the above mentioned subjects.

I am currrently a Jazz Composition major student in Berklee College of Music, and I can cover all the harmony and most of the arranging (big band) material you could possibly want the Berklee Curriculum. This gives you the tools to write basic to advanced material, and will give you much greater freedom as a songwriter, because the only questions you will really have are after you learn this will be about what is most musical, not what chord goes where.

As for guitar styles, I can teach most styles, reading, accompaniment, soloing, and fretboard knowledge. I am also Berklee trained in this aspect.

I charge 60 dollars an hour for the harmony and arranging lessons, and 40 dollars an hour for guitar performance lessons.

you can contact me at

Berklee huh? When did you graduate?
Just wondering. DId you go through the berklee international network or you went straight to Berklee
its good to see fellow softies who are berklee trained, maybe one day if we get enough people like you Singapore might actually develop a respectable music scene..dont u think?

Wish me luck, Im in my first sem at Icom, if all goes well, shud end up in berklee soon!

I haven't graduated yet, the details are in my first post.

I went straight to Berklee, because ICOM is mainly for foundational studies and that would have actually made my degree cost more, since by going straight to Berklee you are eligible to test out of as many subjects as you are able to.

Good luck making it there, but I don't think that Singapore needs Berklee musicians to develop a respectable scene. We already have a fair number of monster players who never needed any music education.
