Behringer Powerplay Pro-8 HA8000

Wanna ask if anybody has use Behringer Powerplay Pro-8 HA8000? I'm using it in my working place studio currently. If yes, does your unit gives out humming sound?

I have traced back the signal quality from mics to mixer, from mixer to digital I/O, from I/O to PC and from PC to Behringer HA8000 and they are clean. It's only from HA8000 to headphones and speakers that is giving the humming problem. Even when I disconnect all inputs into HA8000 and output from it, the humming still there. I'm using 2 units of HA8000 and both are giving such problem.

If there are HA8000 users here, please tell me about your unit.

you might wanna bring it to the behringer dealer and ask about it. ask for the address from hung bros, i recall it's the one inside Citilink plaza / Pasir Panjang area. I don't have that headphone amp ,but the hum reminds me of when my Behringer ADA8000 went faulty, and the hum was recorded into the tracks. maybe related?

sounds like a power grounding issue. check out with a dealer to get it fixed. Wouldn't want to open up and fix it yourself and void whatever support you can ever get.
