LOL Hani! I thought your guitar is Osmon, or brandless?? Anyways its not really train, you get a good guitar but not too expensive, so lets say, if your not interested anymore, it still has some resale value. Quality affects playing.

Cheers,
WWH

ya i agree, or at least get a guitar with color/shape that you like. this way it will ensure that you will maintain your interest in continuing to play or at least prevent you from losing the interest so soon.

Since when does quality affect playing. Seriously, a good guitarist will always be a good guitarist and will still sound swell on a brandless guitar. But anyway, i'm thinking of getting of one em les paul copies from Craftsman, what do you guys think? its one of the higher end ones, has a maple neck and body [i knw the real les paul has mahogany but i dont think i'll mind the brighter sound], ceramic humbuckers, and kluson diecast tuners, so i think its pretty gd, for a beginners guitar, dont you think? i think its got a bolt on neck, but im crossing my fingers for a glued one cause then it'll have better sustain.

so a badly cut nut that won't hold tuning, dented neck rear, fret burrs, sharp bridge parts that cut the picking hand, etc won't affect playing? great...

of course it will, but i took his 'quality' to be the brand of guitar. you knw like gibsons instead of brandless guitars, what i meant about quality affecting playing was tt you could own a brandless guitar and still be brilliant, understood?

you're right my mistake but i took it in context. so yeah. so just to make it clear, an electric guitar WILL sound wacked if its got dings in all the wrong places, but otherwise an any electric guitar will sound great if the guitarist is really awesome.
