Bearfoot MGMV Problem! HELP ME!!

Hi guys,

Recently i purchased a Bearfoot Mint Green Mini Vibe, and firstly i wanna say it rocks! However, i have a problem. When i power it up using DC (either a godlyke or pp2+), there's this beeping sound which coincides with the speed of the wave, as can be seen by the flashing light. However, when i disconnect the DC and use a 9V battery, it works fine.

1. Does anyone know what is the problem?
2. Does anyone know where i can fix this problem?

that should be the clock noise. I'm not familiar with the circuit but there may be some trimpots in the pedal that you can adjust to reduce the ticking sound.
