erm, i think the survey option selection is kinda weird..?

The songs are taken from music charts that have been No.1 and have won awards in the year 2006-2008.

hmmm you might want to test out the selections in the survey. can't seem to select more than one option in a column (not row).

ON A SEPERATE THOUGHT- HERE'S A NEW IDEA

As these days many org have "pay to play" gigs, how about coming up with a "pay to be surveyed" plan?
