Hey there,
We're a two-piece Hip-Hop (rapper/guitarist + drummer) outfit, hoping to add a third member to play basslines:
You don't have to be an expert bassist, just one that can follow rhythm and keep in time. Anyway, hip-hop basslines are usually quite simple and easy to follow! We're hoping to do a mash up of old-school hip-hop songs with contemporary ones. Our setlist so far is as follows:
1. GZA - Liquid Swords
2. Ol' Dirty Bastard - Brooklyn Zoo
3. Wu Tang - C.R.E.A.M.
We're both 27 and 24 respectively, so hopefully you'll be able to fit within this age group. We both stay in the east, so preferably looking for someone who stays east side/ northeast side.
