I've been bassing around since 2003 and quitted for a bit in 2010 due to commitments.
Now, I'm going back to my hobby, which is PLAY BASS. Some of my past influences are:
) Cake
) Jamiroquai
) Incubus
) RHCP
) 311
) Other Reggae / Ska Bands
) Limp Bizkit
) Linkin Park
) Santana
) Notorious B.I.G.
) Too Phat
) Baby Bash
) Other RnB / Hip-hop musicians
Currently looking to try bassing for any RnB, Rap or Hip-hop bands or anything along that line. I'm okay with a fusion of music but no so much into poprocks of the radio.
Basically I love to funk more on the bass instead of down-stroke playing songs so if you wanna Jam some RnB, do hit me up for a trial or a casual jam. Sometimes I do envision myself bassing for a 6-7piece band with a Rapper front man. Irie.
I've my own mode of transport and shall be free on Tuesday evenings or Weekends in the day for sessions.
