Bartolini NTMB-918F onboard preamp, help!

The other day, I was looking at other onboard preamps like Audere, Aguilar and Seymour Duncan, but then I thought of Bartolini, and I found the NTMB-918F model sold as 2nd hand from Japan at the Ishibashi U-box, the total cost including shipping is about $144 but they said it doesn't come with any pots or knobs, just the preamp by itself, but I think it's still a good deal

From the wiring diagram, Its has 3 band EQ controls, Volume and a Blend/Balance control but I'm not really sure which type of pots to get because I'm not really that familiar with this stuff and worried I'll get the wrong ones and end up wasting money, so just to be safe.

The bass I'm putting it on is my Fender Japan 62 reissue Jazz Bass w/ MIJ Dimarzio pickups. If anyone has experiences or are using this onboard preamp now, let me know what you think about it too

You want to fit a 18V onboard preamp, with bass, mid, treble volume, blend controls into a jazz bass control cavity?

I dont think that is possible without extra work to route a larger cavity. Best to bring it to a guitar repair shop to get it done.

An alternative is to ditch the preamp, and get one that is designed to fit a jazz bass cavity, like the j-retro or the Audere

so no pots ah. check bart website and enquire or TYMC for assistance since they do carry bart stuff
