Looking to start a band or join an existing band. Me guitarist, early 40's (age that is). Not looking to gig, just casual jamming with a view to getting a good sounding band. I have gigged many times in my youth and was pretty good then. Nowadays, a bit out of practise.
Main likes are blues rock, classic rock, southern rock. Modern rock not so much but some of it sounds good. Pop is ok too. Can't play jazz, metal, hardcore anything. Can play lead but happy to play rhythm or bass. Can sing some but more a backup singer.
Looking for bandmates with no virtouso attitudes and easy going personalities. Age not an issue but all must get along. Of course, must be able to hold their own musically.
At the moment, am able to jam thursday evenings and am commited to regular weekly jams.
