Band jamming through headphones

Ok here's the situation.

My band has got an e-drum, 2 guitars and a bass. We are planning to jam at our drummer's home but the output has to go to our headphones only. I know we need to buy a mixer but other than that I don't really know what to do. From what I read in another thread I gather that you need to buy a sort of mutiple headphone wire of some sort?

And also any other factors I should watch out for?

Edrums > Mixer
2 Guitars > Pedals/Cabsimulators etc > Mixer
Bass > Mixer
Vox Mic > Mixer

your mixer would probably need to be more than 6 channels. (both 1/4jack and xlr)
Pan the 2 guitars and E Drums left and right to your liking.

Mixer > output1 : PC for recording.
Mixer > output2 > HEADPHONE AMP

Headphone amp > 8 headphones to all your friends and family, even your grandpa.

I just got a Yamaha MC102C from Hung Brothers. Slightly below $200.

This look like a usable mixer for this purpose.

The only problem is that it does not have Direct Out for each channel. Or else it can feed to the Headphone amps to allow individual musician a balance between the overall stereo mix plus their own signal.
