Bought in June this year. Upgraded saddle to FMI, changed to unbleached bone pins and installed LR Baggs RTS2 pickup by Champion aka Jarvis. Bridge pin-holes slotted to give longer sustain and strap pin installed too. Treated with > 100 hours primevibe. Condition is 9/10 due to 1 tiny ding near sound-hole which is only visible when guitar is tilted at certain angles.
